Terms and Conditions

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time at the spa exclusively for you! If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged in full for your appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your customer portal, or by emailing us at info@maplestoneranchandretreat.ca, texting 613-464-8800, or calling us at 613-464-8800.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Special Events Tickets (Social Night, Dinner & Spa, Wine & Spa, Retreats, Classes, Private Bookings) are non-refundable once purchased. Please note they are transferable to another guest if you are unable to attend.
