  • Yes, we recommend making reservations 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Some workshops hosted by special guest may require more notice.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.

  • We suggest packing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, especially if you plan to explore our trails. If you’re visiting the thermal spa, bring swimwear and a book for relaxation. Although we provide robe rentals and flip-flops, you may want to bring your own for added comfort. Glass water bottles are not allowed for safety reasons.

  • We offer a selection of small snacks at our on-site Maple Shop, where you can also purchase house-made maple syrup and branded merchandise. For more substantial dining options, catering services can be arranged upon booking.

    You are permitted to bring outside alcohol; however, it is a self-serve option only, and we will provide the glasses. We have a complimentary fridge located in the reception area for your use during your stay.

  • Yes, Maplestone Ranch & Retreat is reserved for guests aged 19 and over.

  • To maximize your spa experience, we recommend showering before entering the spa. Bathing suits are required. Please keep noise to a gentle level, and use headphones for any music.

  • While the thermal spa offers many relaxing benefits, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider before using our thermal facilities during pregnancy. Certain spa treatments and thermal experiences may not be recommended for expectant mothers, so it’s important to ensure they are safe for you.

  • The easiest way to get the spa is by car. Please note that Uber does not offer services in our location. However, there are taxi companies available in nearby towns that offer pick up and drop off from the retreat. 

  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
