At Maplestone Ranch & Retreat, we’re committed to ensuring a serene and enjoyable experience. Please note that our spa is reserved for guests aged 19 and over. You are permitted to bring outside alcohol; however, it is a self-serve option only, and we will provide the glasses. We have a complimentary fridge located in the reception area for your use during your stay. You may bring a reusable water bottle—just remember that glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons.

Our spa maintains a non-smoking environment, so please leave e-cigarettes, vape pens, and any tobacco or cannabis products at home. To maximize your spa experience, we recommend taking a shower before entering. While in the spa, bathing suits are required, and robes can be worn at your discretion. Sandals are also necessary for your comfort and safety.

We encourage conversation, but we kindly ask that you keep your voice at a low gentle, conversational level. Music should be enjoyed with headphones, as playing it through devices is not permitted. You may use your phone for photos, but please respect the privacy of other guests. If needed, phone calls should be made away from the spa area. If our staff determines that your use of electronic devices is affecting others, you may be asked to store your device in your locker for the remainder of your visit.

Please keep in mind that Maplestone Ranch & Retreat is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. You’re welcome to depart the spa at any time, but please note that re-entry is not allowed once you’ve exited. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and look forward to providing you with a rejuvenating experience.
